Janice joined the Nelson Law Firm of Bluffton, LLC in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal. Her professional journey began with four years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, after which she transitioned into the legal field—a career she has pursued with dedication and distinction ever since.

At the Nelson Law Firm, Janice is a vital part of our support team, known for her precision, reliability, and client-focused approach. She contributes to the firm’s standard of excellence by assisting in document review and preparation, conducting legal research, and ensuring that our clients receive timely, thorough, and effective service.

Janice and her husband Jeff originally moved to Bluffton in 2013 after raising their two daughters. Following a brief relocation, they returned to the Lowcountry in 2024, drawn back by the community and coastal lifestyle they love. Outside of work, Janice enjoys golfing, scuba diving, traveling, and embracing new adventures—along with relaxing days spent on the beach with family.
